Erik Solheim
High Level Advisory Council
Erik Solheim is a distinguished global leader with extensive experience in environment, development, and peace negotiation. He served as the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme between 2016 and 2018, where he led global environmental initiatives and sustainable development efforts.
Prior to his UN leadership he was the Executive Chair of the OECD Development Assistance Committee. Before this, Solheim served as Norway's Minister of the Environment and Minister of International Development.
Solheim currently serves as President of Europe-Asia Center in Brussels and holds advisory positions with numerous international organizations, including the Belt and Road Green Development Coalition and the Global Wind Energy Council. He has received multiple honors, including the UN's "Champion of the World" award and Time magazine's "Hero of the Environment."

Dr. Ibrahim Saif
High Level Advisory Council
Ibrahim Saif is currently an Independent Consultant based in Amman serving on several boards. Until May 2023, he was the Vice President for Manaseer Group. Previously, he served as CEO of Jordan Strategy Forum. Before this, he served as Jordan's Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources from March 2015 to June 2017, and as the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation from March 2013 until March 2015.
Prior to his ministerial appointments, Saif was a Senior Scholar at the Carnegie Middle East Center and served as a consultant to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and other international organizations.
Saif was also a Former Director of the Centre for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan and served as the Secretary General of the Economic and Social Council in Jordan. He has taught at both the University of London and Yale University, where he led courses on the economies of the Middle East.

Dr. Khaled Kaddour
High Level Advisory Council
Khaled Kaddour is a consultant in energy and strategic studies. He served as Tunisia’s Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies in the Government of National Unity 2017-2018, where he launched major projects to produce electricity from renewable energies.
Kaddour has more than 40-years of experience in the public and private sectors in Tunisia, Italy, Algeria, UAE, and Egypt, and has contributed to the implementation of several national programs in the field of energy, energy transition and strategic studiesKaddour contributed to the activities of various regional and international networks of strategic studies, namely EuroMeSco, the network dialog between NATO and southern countries of the Mediterranean, the Development Centre for the Sub-regional North Africa and the Institute for Security Studies of the European Union. He is the author of several publications and has taught strategic perspectives.
