Climate Diplomacy Program Manager
The Carboun Institute seeks a Program Manager to lead its Climate Diplomacy Program, which examines how energy and climate intersect with the region’s socio-economic development, geopolitics, trade, migration, and security. The aim of this hybrid role is to strengthen MENA region’s economic and diplomatic role in the global low-carbon transition with a focus on downstream economic opportunities.
Decarbonization Program Manager
The Carboun Institute seeks a Program Manager to lead its Decarbonization Pathways Program, the Institute’s flagship initiative on national and regional energy transition strategies. The purpose of this hybrid role is to help advance the energy transition in the MENA region with a focus on downstream green industrialization.
Associate Fellows
The Carboun Institute welcomes expressions of interest from researchers and policy practitioners who wish to contribute to our mission of advancing energy transition, green industrialization, climate resilience, and climate diplomacy across the MENA region. Our Associate Fellows are an integral part of Carboun’s intellectual community. They collaborate with our core team on a project or publication basis, enriching our research and policy work with diverse disciplinary expertise and regional perspectives.
The Associate Fellowship provides a flexible, non-residential affiliation that allows experienced voices to engage with our projects, represent Carboun in regional and international forums, and contribute to shaping informed, evidence-based dialogue on climate and energy policy.
